Along the way, Nicole shares her expertise as a winemaker, offering insight into Spain’s most iconic wine regions and diving deeper into the production, vineyards, and history of wine in Spain. You will also explore some of Spain’s incredible gastronomic treasures, like Jamón Ibérico, local cheeses and more. A perfect introduction to Madrid’s culinary scene — relaxed, local, and full of flavor.

Spend an unforgettable afternoon discovering the flavors of Spain through its most iconic wines. Join winemaker Nicole Indovino in a cozy, locally owned wine cellar as we journey through Spain’s renowned wine regions—tasting everything from the crisp, refreshing Albariños of the north to the bold, velvety Ribera del Duero reds of the meseta, and hidden gems in between. We can tailor this experience to either an introduction to Spanish wine, or a way to dive deeper if you are already familiar, exploring off the beaten path regions and up and coming producers. AND of course, there will be indoVINO wine to taste!

Each pour will be thoughtfully paired with artisanal cheese and charcuterie, creating the perfect complement to your tasting experience.
